Liverpool Rock 'n' Roll and Beyond

John Chatterton was born & educated in Liverpool. His highly acclaimed paintings and drawings have been exhibited throughout Cheshire, the Midlands and the North West of England. His interest in portraying musicians is paralleled by his enthusiasm for making music-he is a member of Special Crew, a Midlands based folk rock band and is a founder member of Widnes based GogMAgoG, a Celtic influenced folk band.

John talks about his work:-

"My aim is to create a work that satisfies on two levels; compositions with impact as well as, on closer inspection, a world of detail that invites the viewer to linger awhile. I hope to give people the opportunity of owning an original artwork at a very affordable price and on a scale which will suit modern homes."

The Exhibition is open from the 4th to the 14th November, 12am til 4pm Monday to Friday.
