We are
delighted to welcome Carl back to the gallery with this collection of recent works. In his own words:-
"'This exhibition is wide ranging, reflecting my interests in life drawing,
literature, mythology, society and the political scene. All the work is based on my experience of life,
my opinions regarding social injustice, inequality and the increasing interference by the state.
Other work interprets literature, mythology and the female form drawn from life - hence the title
- That’s Life’...life as I see it.”
Carl has donated two magnificent paintings reflecting his views on the
National Health System to two charities doing marvellous work to tackle cancer - The
Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and
The Lily Centre
The exhibition will open Monday to Friday between
12 and 4 pm from Tuesday 14th until Friday 24th November. For details
