We are delighted to present artists Rosemary Cassidy Buswell and Judith Railton, who make textiles, fibre art sculpture and works on paper. This exhibition shows pieces inspired by their two very different approaches to things that they like: lips, bodices, cacti, palm trees and rainbows, to name some of their recurring themes, plus those they Love & Hate!
Since the heady days of the 1970s when they shared the converted warehouse experience of Manchester Art College, Jud and Rosie have exhibited worldwide. Whilst taking their work totally seriously, they seek also to entertain and amuse, a very welcome antidote to the usually depressing daily news! blurb
