Anthony Colidicutt

Anthony was born in Liverpool and studied at the Hope Street Art College under Arthur Bollard. He has had a number of exhibitions over the past years one being at Liverpool’s Playhouse where he created a set of atmospheric paintings for the production of ‘No Trams to Lime Street’.

His fascination is for people and places finding inspiration everywhere he looks and for this exhibition this has been found amongst the people and scenes to be found on the waterfront. Several of Anthony’s paintings have a ghostly feature to them – “The Ghost of the Overhead Railway”, “The Ghost of Scotland Road”.

The exhibition is open Monday to Friday between 12 and 4.00 pm from Tuesday 17th until Friday 27th May. For details on how to get there see How to Find Us
