The Residents Associations at Liverpool areas of Sefton Park, Woolton and Childwall have worked with Liverpool Housing Action Trust to establish art classes at their community facilities for the benefit of local people

These classes have enabled people to meet not only for tuition but also socially for mutual support and the inspiration found in discussing and practising the common interest of art. The result is this exhibition where the quality and diversity of the the work is a testament to the skill, imagination and enthusiasm of the artists, tutors and associations running the classes.

The exhibition was opened with a spirited talk by Liverpool politician Margaret Simey.

The exhibition will open Monday to Friday between 12 and 4.00 pm from Monday 25th March until Friday 12th April. For details on how to get there see How to Find Us
