The Pictures of Kevin Reilly |
||
Kevin, a prolific painter for the last 30 years, is widely recognised as one of the North's leading landscape artists. A position he has earned through years of painstaking work, honing his technique and developing his unerring eye for composition. Exclusively a 'pleine-air' painter his works have a unique impressionistic style that makes each one instantly recognisable as a "Kevin Reilly".
The exhibition features paintings from different periods of Kevin's life together with new works inspired from trips to Florence, Andalucia and the West of Ireland. You will also have a chance to view other aspects of his work besides the popular landscapes, an example being the portraits below of - 'Himself' - which Kevin painted of an artist with whom he shared a studio and the easily recognisable oil sketch of the 'Sinister Minister'.
The exhibition will open Monday to Friday between 12 and 4.00 pm from Tuesday 13th March until Friday 31st March. For details on how to get there see How to Find Us
